Vacancy Details:

BYJU’s is looking for suitable candidates to fill the following positions:

  • Post Name: Sales Manager
  • Work Mode: Work From Home
  • Working Days: 5 working days with 2 days off during the week.
  • Shift Time: 10:00 AM to 08:00 PM (IST).
  • Laptop/Wi-fi: Candidates are required to use their laptops; Wi-fi and phone bills will be reimbursed per the policy.
  • CTC Range: 4 LPA (Excluding Additional Variable Compensation)
  • Additional Variable Compensation: Incentives are a significant part of the environment (% Slab on Total Revenue). On average, our Sales Managers earn 20K-25K per month as incentives.
  • Mandatory Language Fluency: English, Hindi.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • Graduation or 2 years diploma with 12th pass.
  • Knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets), and PowerPoint.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets as a Sales Manager, with over 1 year of experience in Sales, or a fresher eager to learn and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi, with the ability and willingness to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to counsel parents for their child’s future.
