JKPSC Assistant Director Recruitment 2024 Salary upto 1.5 Lakh, Check eligibility
The Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) has announced recruitment for the position of Assistant Director (E&S) in the J&K Planning, Development, and Monitoring Department. The recruitment drive is open to applicants domiciled in the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir who meet the specified academic/professional qualifications and age criteria.
Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the official website of JKPSC, jkpsc.nic.in, starting from March 7, 2024. The deadline for submitting online applications is March 27, 2024.
The vacancy is for the position of Assistant Director (E&S) with a salary in Level-8 (Rs. 47,600 – 1,51,100). Applicants must hold a Master’s Degree in Economics, Economics and Statistics, Commerce, Mathematics, M. Sc from the Indian Statistical Institute, or a Master of Computer Application Degree from a recognized university.
The age limit varies based on categories: 40 years for OM category and Inservice candidates, 43 years for RBA/SC/ST/EWS/PSP/ALC/IB/Soc, and 42 years for PHC candidates, as of January 1, 2024.
Application fees differ for different categories: Rs. 1,000/- for General category, Rs. 500/- for reserved candidates, and no fee for PHC candidates.
