Job Responsibilities:
As a Compliance Operations Analyst, you will support day-to-day contracting operations. This includes handling policy queries, resolving contract execution blockers, conducting access reviews, and managing signature requests.
You will be responsible for overseeing contracting operations specifically for Google Cloud India commercial agreements. This includes managing quarterly close procedures and continuously improving signature procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
In this role, you will build and maintain a searchable knowledge repository of policy decisions and guidance to support customer-facing teams. This repository will be a crucial resource for ensuring consistency and clarity in policy application.
Additionally, you will identify and address opportunities for process improvement within contract execution. This involves collaborating with various Google teams to enhance internal operational capabilities and streamline processes.
