IMPORTANT NOTICE
Subject: Instructions for Submission of Application Forms for Advertised Posts
The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board, through Advertisement Notification No. 02 of 2023 dated 08.12.2023, announces the recruitment of 201 Supervisor positions in the Social Welfare Department. Eligible female graduates possessing a valid Domicile Certificate are invited to apply.
Aspiring candidates can submit their applications online on the JKSSB portal from 15.12.2023 to 14.01.2024. The application process involves the following instructions:
- Apply exclusively through the online mode via JKSSB website; no other application methods will be considered.
- Register on the portal by clicking the ‘Log-in’ tab on the Board’s website.
- Have a valid email ID and mobile number for OTP-based verification during registration.
- After creating login credentials, click on the ‘Apply’ tab to complete the application form for the advertised posts.
- Fill in all required information accurately and click ‘SAVE & CONTINUE.’
- Upload a recent passport-size photograph (20 KB to 50 KB) and signature (10 KB to 20 KB) with specified dimensions.
- Verify that all fields are correctly filled before final submission; the candidate is personally responsible for the accuracy of provided information.
- Once submitted, the application form cannot be edited, but candidates can cancel and reapply before the submission deadline, with a new fee payment.
- Application fees must be paid via Net banking/Debit Card/UPI/Credit Card options.
- No hard copy/printout of the application form is required, except during Document Verification for shortlisted candidates.
- Payments are only valid until the specified cut-off date mentioned in the Advertisement Notification (14.01.2024).
- For technical or other difficulties, applicants can email ssbikgrievance@gmail.com, and grievances related to active applications will be addressed through email communication.
