JKPSC declares Civil Service Judicial Exam Result

The Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) has announced the results of the Civil Services (Judicial) Examination 2023.

The examination, aimed at filling 69 posts of Civil Judge (Junior Division), saw participation from 3266 candidates in the preliminary round held on 08.10.2023. Subsequently, 1162 candidates qualified for the Mains Examination, which took place from 08.11.2023 to 20.11.2023.

Following the Mains Examination, 208 candidates were shortlisted for interviews as per the Commission’s criteria. The interviews were conducted from 19.03.2024 to 03.04.2024 at the JKPSC Office, Resham Ghar Colony, Bakshi Nagar, Jammu. However, one candidate, Roll No.9100666, was disqualified for failing to produce the required EWS certificate. Consequently, the candidate with Roll No.9101362 was called for interview under the same category.

In its meeting held on 03.04.2024, the Commission decided to declare the results of the interviewed candidates by publishing their aggregate marks.

Additionally, a list of candidates to be summoned for the Medical Examination will also be released in accordance with the relevant rules and regulations. This announcement comes in pursuance of the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (Judicial) Recruitment Rules, 1967, in conjunction with SRO No. 5.
