J&K Government Dismisses Employees for Anti-National Activities
The Jammu and Kashmir Government has dismissed six employees for their involvement in anti-national activities.
The dismissed employees include five constables from the Police Department and one teacher from the Education Department.
The employees were found to be involved in activities prejudicial to the interests of the state, including terror-related activities.
Saif Din, a selection grade constable, was found to be a notorious drug peddler and an Over Ground Worker for the Hizbul Mujahidin terrorist organization.
Farooq Ahmad Sheikh, Khalid Hussian Shah, and Rahmat Shah, all constables, were found to be involved in receiving consignments of narcotics from across the LoC and smuggling them to other parts of the country.
Irshad Ahmad Chalkoo, a selection grade constable, was found to be working as an Over Ground Worker for the Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist organization and assisting terrorist groups during infiltration.
Nazam Din, a teacher, was found to be a highly motivated and committed drug peddler and an Over Ground Worker for the Hizbul Mujahidin terrorist organization.
The government has adopted a zero-tolerance policy towards anti-national elements who take advantage of being in government service.
