Accident in South Kashmir, Two Brother’s Died Onspot

In a tragic incident on Friday, two brothers from DH Pora lost their lives in a road accident in Khudwani along the Jammu-Srinagar national highway in South Kashmir’s Kulgam district. According to an official statement provided by a news agency, the brothers were riding a scooty when they were struck by an unidentified vehicle, later identified as a truck with registration number JK05B 2629.

The victims have been identified as Shabir Ahmad Dar, aged 30, and Adil Ahmad Dar, aged 26. Both were the sons of Manzoor Ahmad and hailed from Reshipora Ahmedabad in DH Pora, Kulgam. The tragic accident has left the community in mourning and highlights the dangers on the highway, where such incidents unfortunately occur with alarming frequency.

Following the accident, legal and medical formalities are being conducted, after which the bodies will be handed over to the grieving family.
