University of Kashmir Postpones all Exam Scheduled on 21st Feb
Wattandaily.com Reports: The University of Kashmir has postponed all examinations slated for February 21, citing inclement weather conditions following fresh snowfall in the Kashmir Valley.
In a notification, the university stated, “It is notified for the information of all concerned candidates that due to inclement weather conditions, all examinations of the University of Kashmir which are scheduled to be held on 21st of February 2024 stand postponed.”
Fresh dates for the deferred examinations will be announced soon by the university.
This marks the second instance within a week that the University of Kashmir has had to defer exams due to adverse weather. On February 19, all exams slated for that day and February 20 were postponed owing to snowfall.
The Kashmir Valley has been grappling with severe winter conditions this year, characterized by heavy snowfall and rainfall, causing disruptions to daily life.
