UGC NET 2023-24 Results: Obtain the Merit List, Scorecard, and Cut-off Here
The National Testing Agency (NTA) is gearing up to announce the results of the Union Grant Commission-National Eligibility Test (UGC-NET) on January 17 for all 83 subjects. Candidates can view their subject-wise marks on the official website (ugcnet.nta.ac.in). Additionally, we will provide a direct link to the UGC NET Result once the scorecard becomes available on the NTA website. Qualification in the UGC NET Exam requires a score of 40%, while SC, ST, and OBC candidates need 35%.
An official notice states that due to a Natural Calamity (Michaung) in Chennai and Andhra Pradesh, a Re-Exam was conducted, leading to a delay in declaring the UGC NET December 2023 result to January 17, 2024.
To check their marks, candidates will use their application number and date of birth. The result will be compiled based on the final answer key released by NTA UGC NET.
The UGC NET final answer key, prepared considering objections submitted by applicants, will also be released today.
NTA will upload the cutoff percentile for Professor and Assistant Professor/JRF for all categories and subjects, along with the UGC NET cutoff marks of the previous session.
As of now, the UGC NET December Result 2023 is not yet released. Candidates can check their marks, once released, by logging into the official website using their application details. For assistance, candidates can call the NTA helpline numbers – 011 40759000/69227700.
The result is presented in the form of Raw Scores and Percentiles Scores of Total raw scores. Percentiles are calculated for each candidate based on the total number of candidates who appeared in the session.
The UGC NET December Exam took place in 292 cities, with 9,45,918 candidates participating from December 6 to December 19, 2023.
