No Doctor Permitted to Practice at Private Clinics during Duty Hours, Warns Administrative Secretary

Syed Abid Rasheed Shah (IAS), the Administrative Secretary of the Health and Medical Education Department, issued a stern warning on Saturday, stating that any doctor found practicing at a private clinic between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. will face consequences.

Speaking to wattandaily.com, Dr. Syed Abid Rasheed Shah emphasized the importance of doctors prioritizing their responsibilities in government hospitals to ensure the best care for patients. He strongly condemned the practice of doctors engaging in private practice during their designated duty hours.

Dr. Shah reiterated that strict action would be taken against any doctor found practicing at private clinics during working hours.
