Maximum wind speeds recorded were: Kupwara 36 KMPH, Bandipora 32 KMPH, Srinagar 22 KMPH, Anantnag 40 KMPH, Jammu 62 KMPH, Udhampur 52 KMPH, Samba 54 KMPH. Hailstorms reported in Banihal, Batote, Baderwah & Jammu.

Forecast:3 March: Expect partly to generally cloudy skies with intermittent light rain/snow possible in scattered areas towards afternoon/late afternoon.

No Significant Activity: No significant weather activity expected until 10th March, with the possibility of light rain/snow in scattered places during the night of 6th March to 7th March F/N

Outlook (Subsequent 5 Days): Fresh spells of rain/snow anticipated during 12th-14th March.
