Expected Snowfall in Upper Kashmir & UT Ladakh in the Next 12-18 Hours

A new and weak Western disturbance is presently impacting Jammu and Kashmir. There’s a 40-50% likelihood of light snowfall, with higher chances in the upper reaches of Ladakh and North Kashmir.

Tonight, there’s a slight indication (30-40%) of a very light snow spell in Sonamarg, followed by 30% in Gulmarg and 25% in Pahalgam. Cloudy weather is anticipated in the plains of Jammu and Kashmir over the next 24 hours.
