Winter Break Declared for High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh: Vacation from January 1 to January 27, 2024

JAMMU, Dec 19: The High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh is set to observe its winter break, closing its doors from January 1 to January 27, 2024, inclusive of both days. Notably, the period spanning January 1 to January 6, 2024, is designated as a non-working period for the High Court during this winter season.

Chief Justice N Kotiswar Singh of the Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has appointed Justice Wasim Sadiq Nargal as the Vacation Judge for the Jammu wing, serving from January 8 to January 17, 2024. Additionally, Justice Rajesh Sekhri is nominated as the Vacation Judge for the Jammu wing from January 18 to January 27, 2024.

For the Srinagar wing, Justice Rahul Bharti is appointed as the Vacation Judge from January 8 to January 17, 2024, and Justice Moksha Khajuria Kazmi will serve as the Vacation Judge from January 18 to January 27, 2024.
