Vacancy Details:The recruitment drive for Vocational Trainers in Jammu and Kashmir for the year 2024 has opened with 24 available positions. These positions are divided across various specializations:
Plumbing (15 Posts): Candidates for this role should possess a B.Tech in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/B.Voc (Bachelor In Vocational) from a recognized institute/University. Alternatively, candidates can hold a Three Years Diploma in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, candidates must have at least 1 year of work/teaching experience with a B.Tech degree or 2 years of work/teaching experience with a Diploma.
Health Care: Applicants should hold a BSc. Nursing and Midwifery (4 years) OR Diploma in GNM with one year of experience. Key competencies required include effective communication skills (oral and written), basic computing skills, and technical competencies.
Tourism & Hospitality (House Keeping): Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree in Tourism & Travel Management/Administration or Hotel/Hospitality Management/Administration & Tourism. Alternatively, a Master’s Degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management/Administration or Tourism Management, or a related qualification, is acceptable.
The age limit for applicants is set between 18 to 40 years as of 01-01-2024, with age relaxation provided as per Government rules. The salary offered for these positions is Rs. 20,000 per month.
