NHAI Announces Deputation-Based Recruitment for General Manager Positions
The National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) is set to fill two vacant positions for the role of General Manager (Land Acquisition & Estate Management) on a deputation basis. Interested candidates must hold a degree from a recognized university or institute, and the upper age limit is 56 years.
Qualifications and Experience Criteria:
To be eligible for NHAI Recruitment 2024, candidates should have:
- A degree from a recognized University/Institute.
- 14 years of experience in the pay scale of Group-‘A’ Pay Band-3.
- At least five years of experience in handling land acquisition matters.
Salary Details and Selection Process:
Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary at Level 13 (Rs. 123100–215900) of Pay Matrix according to the 7th CPC. The appointment is for three years, with the possibility of extension by one more year based on NHAI’s requirements and satisfactory performance. The selection process involves a comprehensive interview.
