The Financial Literacy and Credit Counseling Centre (FLCC) under Jammu & Kashmir Bank is seeking applications for the position of FLC Counsellor (On Contract) to provide essential financial guidance and support to the community. There are two positions available, one at FLCC Centre Anantnag and the other at FLCC Centre Kupwara.

Candidates should hold a Graduate degree with experience in banking or related fields, with proficiency in banking, law, finance, agriculture, and allied activities. Additionally, candidates should possess excellent communication and team-building skills, proficiency in the local language, and working knowledge of computers.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in conducting financial literacy camps, as well as retired J&K Bank Officers, not below the rank of Scale-III.

Successful candidates will receive a monthly salary of Rs. 22,000/- along with additional benefits such as monthly conveyance, mobile/telephone charges, and performance-linked incentives. The maximum age limit for applicants is 65 years as of 01.01.2024.

Applicants will undergo a screening process based on eligibility and relevant experience. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a personal interview to assess communication skills, teaching abilities, and related knowledge, which may include a demonstration/presentation.
