District Court Srinagar Recruitment 2024,Check Posts, Qualification & More
The Office of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Srinagar, has announced an offline recruitment drive to fill 24 Class IV positions in the District Judiciary Srinagar. The selected candidates will receive a monthly salary of up to Rs. 63,200/-. Eligibility and Qualifications

Specifically, Process Server applicants must have completed their 12th standard, while other positions require a 10th standard pass. For the Driver position, a valid Driving License with LMV/HMV endorsement is mandatory.

Vacancy and Salary Details
The recruitment drive includes various posts with different salary structures. For Process Servers, there are 2 posts available, offering a salary ranging from Rs. 19,900 to Rs. 63,200. There are 21 posts for Orderly, Chowkidar, Sweeper, and Safaiwala, with a salary range of Rs. 14,800 to Rs. 47,100. Additionally, there is 1 post for a Driver, with a salary ranging from Rs. 19,900 to Rs. 63,200.
Age Limit Criteria
The age limit for applicants as of 1st January 2024 is set between 18 to 40 years for open merit candidates. However, there are age relaxations for specific categories: up to 43 years for SC/ST/RBA/ALC/OSC candidates and ex-servicemen.
Application Fee and Payment
Applicants are required to deposit an application fee of Rs. 300/-. This fee must be paid via a demand draft from any J&K bank, made in favor of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Srinagar. The demand draft should be attached to the application form.
Document Requirements
Candidates must submit self-attested copies of the following documents along with their application form: qualification certificate, date of birth certificate (secondary school/matric certificate), domicile certificate, driving license and medical certificate (for driver post), and e-ration card.
