Domicile Requirement
- Candidate must be a domicile of Jammu & Kashmir.
- Domicile certificate issued by competent authority required.

Selection Criteria
- Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree: 25 points
- B.Ed. Sp. Ed.: 50 points
- Post Graduation Degree: 10 points
- Additional Relevant Higher Qualification (Special Education): Up to 15 points
- Max. Points: 100
- Tie-Breaker: Higher marks in B.Ed. Sp. Ed., then UG marks, and finally, higher age.
