According to the official release, the registration process for the Class 10 exams in 2024 has already begun. Students who wish to appear for the exams can visit the official website, jkbose.nic.in, and fill out the application form. The last date for submitting the application form is December 13. To register for the Class 10 exams, candidates will need to pay a fee of Rs 1,120 for the five required subjects, and Rs 1,320 for optional subjects. The fee can be paid online through the website. After submitting the application form and the fee, candidates are advised to download and print the confirmation page for future reference.
In addition to Class 10, the registration process for Class 11 and 12 exams will commence on December 2, 2023, and the deadline for submission is December 16. Students in these classes are also required to complete the registration process within the given timeframe.
After the completion of the online registration process, every educational institution must generate a checklist through its school account. This checklist, bearing the signature and stamp of the head of the institution, needs to be submitted to the sub/branch office within 10 days. For those who miss the initial 10-day registration period, there is an option to submit forms with late fees. The window for submitting forms with late fees will open on December 14 and close on December 23, 2023.
