Weather Update,Partly Cloudy with Light Rain in Valley From

Forecast:On the 30th and 31st of May, expect partly to generally cloudy skies with light rain or thunderstorms at isolated to scattered locations. Some areas may also experience gusty winds.

From the 1st to the 2nd of June, the weather will remain partly to generally cloudy with light rain or thunderstorms occurring at isolated places, accompanied by gusty winds in a few areas.

Generally dry weather is anticipated for the 3rd and 4th of June, providing a brief respite from the rain and thunderstorms.

From the 5th to the 7th of June, weather conditions will shift again to generally cloudy skies with light rain or thunderstorms expected at scattered locations.

Advisory:There will be no respite from the heat wave and hot, dry weather conditions over the plains of the Jammu Division for the next seven days.

Slight relief from the heat wave and hot, dry weather conditions is expected during the 30th-31st of May and the 1st-2nd of June over most parts of the Kashmir Division and some hilly areas of the Jammu Division.

Another spell of heat wave conditions is anticipated over the Kashmir Division during the 3rd-4th of June.

It is advised to avoid heat exposure between 12 noon and 3 PM. Drink plenty of fluids and water, especially for vulnerable individuals such as the elderly, infants, and children.
