Weather Update,J&K braces up for wet weather, night Temp drops

For instance, Srinagar recorded a minimum temperature of 7.1°C, marking a decrease from the previous night. Similar trends were observed in other areas like Qazigund and Pahalgam, where temperatures also dipped.
However, Kokernag recorded slightly warmer temperatures compared to other regions. Despite this, the overall trend indicates a decrease in night temperatures across Jammu and Kashmir.
The meteorological department’s forecast suggests partly to generally cloudy weather with light rain and snow, accompanied by thunder in scattered places. This weather pattern is expected to persist over the coming days, with varying intensities.
