Tragic Incident in Bandipora: 2 Children Succumb to Suffocation in Madrasa

Bandipora, Feb 21 (WD): In a heart-wrenching incident, two young boys lost their lives due to suffocation in a Madrasa located in north Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Wednesday.

According to sources from wattandaily.com, the victims, reportedly twins, were sleeping in a room where heating arrangements were made using firewood. Unfortunately, they passed away during the night due to suffocation.

The room, being completely closed with the fire burning, led to their untimely demise.

The deceased brothers have been identified as Maneer Ahmad Cheche and Tanveer Ahmad Cheche, as per the sources.

A police officer informed Newspaper Wattan Daily that a case has been registered in connection with the incident, and further investigation is underway.(wattandaily.com)
