PDD Employee Dies of Electrocution in Sopore

Srinagar, May 28 (WD): An employee of the Power Development Department (PDD) died of electrocution in Sopore town of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Tuesday. The tragic incident has sent shockwaves through the community, highlighting the dangers faced by utility workers.

An official told news agency Wattan Daily, that the deceased, Farooq Ahmad Magloo of Boniyar, received a fatal electric shock while performing his duties at Jamia Qadeem Sopore.
