Man dies, wife injured in Rajouri road accident

A tragic road accident in Rajouri district claimed the life of a man and left his wife injured on Monday. The incident occurred on NH 144A near Haveli restaurant at Narian PP Chingus PS Rajouri, involving a collision between a bike (JK11 F 1470) and another vehicle (JK 02 CT4094).

The victim, identified as Altaf Hussain, son of Manzoor Hussain and a resident of Ward No. 04, Atti, Rajouri, succumbed to his injuries at the scene of the accident. His wife, Mehnaz Akhter, also a resident of Atti Rajouri, sustained serious injuries and was rushed to SDH Nowshera for medical treatment.
