J&K Bank Enhances Digital Security Measures, Urges Users to Reset UPI PIN Safely



In a proactive move, Jammu and Kashmir Bank advises its users to initiate the seamless PIN/Passcode change process exclusively through the Bank’s UPI app or trusted National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) registered applications like Gpay, Paytm, PhonePe, and others. This strategic approach aligns with industry best practices, reinforcing an additional layer of security for users.



As a precautionary measure, the bank underscores the importance of avoiding any interaction with links received via various communication channels for PIN changes. This emphasis on caution reflects the bank’s dedication to ensuring the safety and privacy of its customers throughout this transition.
