House Collapse, One Dead, Three Injured in

Tragedy struck in Reasi District on Monday, July 22, when a Kucha house suddenly collapsed, resulting in the loss of one life and injuring three others.

According to official sources, the incident occurred at around 1730 hours at Sujandhar Bhomag, where a newly constructed Kacha house belonging to Kewal Krishan, son of Shankar Dass, collapsed.

Unfortunately, one person, identified as Narinder Singh, son of Hans Raj, a local resident, lost his life in the collapse.

Three other local residents were also injured in the incident and have been identified as Kuldeep Singh, son of Hans Raj, Mohd Akram, son of Mohd Yousaf, and Purab Singh, son of Shambu Nath.

The injured persons were promptly shifted to District Hospital Reasi for treatment, where they are receiving medical attention.

A senior police officer confirmed that a case has been registered in connection with the incident and an investigation is underway.

The cause of the collapse is not yet known, but officials are working to determine the circumstances surrounding the tragedy.

The incident has sent shockwaves through the community, and locals are in a state of mourning for the deceased and praying for the speedy recovery of the injured.
