Government Places Inspectors (Steno) as Incharge Deputy Superintendent of Police (Steno)-Private Secretary

Jammu and Kashmir: In a recent move, the Home Department of Jammu and Kashmir issued an order directing the placement of Inspectors (Steno) as Incharge Deputy Superintendent of Police (Steno)-Private Secretary. The decision, made on a stop-gap basis in their current pay and grade, includes the following individuals:

• Shri Mohammad Amin Wani, MES971475
• Shri Ghulam Hyder Malik, MES901855
• Shri Sunil Kumar, MES985706

This arrangement is undertaken solely in the interest of administration and does not grant the incumbents any right to preferential treatment for promotion when it occurs in accordance with relevant rules.

Additionally, these placements are made without prejudice to any Writ Petition(s) pending consideration before the Court(s)/Tribunal of competent jurisdiction or any existing or future orders from the Hon’ble Courts. The government emphasizes that these decisions are subject to legal outcomes and any future directives from the courts.
