Fire Service Vehicle En Route to Douse Fire in Kreeri Overturns

    Kashmir Feb 27 (WD) A fire engine en route to extinguish a residential house fire in Wagoora, Baramulla, overturned, injuring five individuals, including four firefighters.
      
    The incident occurred due to slippery conditions upon reaching Kreeri, as reported on Tuesday morning.

    Among the injured are Abdul Hamid Lone (LFM), Mohammad Abdullah (SgCt), Mohammad Ashraf (Mechanical Driver), Showkat Ahmad, and Azhar Din.

    Upon receiving the fire outbreak information, two separate fire engines were dispatched to control the flames.

    Fortunately, all injured firefighters are reported to be out of danger, and the fire was contained with minimal damage.

    The incident highlights the risks firefighters face while responding to emergencies, even as efforts to control the situation continue.

    Despite the accident, the prompt response of the fire department contributed to limiting the fire’s impact on the residential area in Wagoora.
