J&K Calender 2024 with Government Holidays released

The government of Jammu and Kashmir, through its General Administration Department, has shared a list of holidays for the year 2024. This information is laid out in a document called Government Order No.1582-JK(GAD), dated December 11, 2023.

According to this directive, the holidays specified in Annexure “A” and “B” are meant to be observed by government offices and educational institutions across the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir throughout the entire calendar year of 2024. Essentially, it serves as a guide for everyone, indicating when these designated holidays are to be observed, creating a uniform schedule for time off.
