Big Update: LPG Prices Hiked Today – Check Rates Near You

Srinagar, Feb 02 (WD):

New Delhi: Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) have implemented changes in commercial LPG prices, impacting consumers nationwide. As of February 1, a Rs 14 increase has been applied to 19 KG commercial LPG gas cylinders, setting the retail sales price for such cylinders in Delhi at Rs 1,769.50.

Wattan Daily highlights that while commercial LPG prices experience fluctuations, rates for domestic LPG cylinders remain unaffected. Monthly adjustments for both commercial and domestic LPG cylinders are typically made on the first day of each month, ensuring transparency and alignment with market dynamics.

It’s important to note that domestic cooking gas prices vary across states due to local taxes, with the last revision occurring on March 1 last year. For detailed information on LPG cylinder rates in various cities, readers can visit the wattandaily.com website or the Indane official website.

In a separate development, OMCs have reduced aviation fuel prices for the fourth consecutive time today. The reduction, approximately Rs 1221 per kiloliter, is expected to have a positive impact on airfares. The new Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF) prices, effective from today, aim to provide relief to both airlines and passengers.
