Central University Kashmir Announces Winter break

Srinagar December 1;

The Central University of Kashmir has officially announced a winter break, set to kick off on December 18, 2023, and extend until February 5, 2024. This means students and faculty will have a hiatus from their regular academic activities during this period.

This decision aligns with the onset of colder weather and the approaching holiday season. It recognizes the importance of providing the university community with an opportunity to take a breather, relax, and enjoy the festive period.

The winter break is a thoughtful gesture from the university administration, acknowledging the challenging weather conditions prevalent in the region during this time. By temporarily pausing academic pursuits, the university aims to prioritize the well-being of its students and staff.

During this extended break, individuals are encouraged to use their time wisely, finding a balance between leisure and productivity. It’s an ideal chance for students to recharge and return to their studies with renewed energy when regular activities resume in early February 2024.

As the campus winds down for the winter break, students and staff can anticipate a temporary reprieve from lectures and examinations. The university community can look forward to a period of relaxation and rejuvenation, fostering a positive and refreshed mindset for the upcoming academic sessions.
