University of Kashmir Announces B.Ed Admissions for 2023-25 Session
The University of Kashmir, situated in Hazratbal, Srinagar, has released a notification welcoming online applications for its Two-Year B.Ed. Programme for the academic session 2023-25. This program is offered at both the Main Campus and South Campus of the Department of Education.
Eligibility Criteria at University of Kashmir:
Prospective candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3 pattern) with a minimum of 50% marks for the General Category and 45% for Reserved Category. Alternatively, applicants under the 10+2+2 scheme, with a minimum of two years of teaching experience in government or government-recognized private schools, are also eligible. Postgraduate candidates with a minimum of 50% marks (General Category) and 45% (Reserved Category) in any discipline are eligible for admission.

University of Kashmir Application Process:
- Visit Kashmir University’s official website or www.Kashmiruniversity.ac.in.
- Click on the B.Ed. Application Form link for the Department of Education (Main and South Campus).
- Read important instructions for registration and form submission.
- Register as a student, noting the username and password for future reference.
- Log in to the system after successful registration to submit the online application form.
- Enter required details, upload a recent passport-size photograph, and proceed.
- Upload original marks certificates of graduation, P.G. marks certificates (for P.G. candidates), and any valid category certificate.
- Before submitting, double-check the entered information, get a printout, and note the ID for future reference.
- Deposit Rs. 750/- as the application and IT fee through online mode (non-refundable).

- Candidates should check the application status after three days and, if accepted, promptly contact the concerned J&K Bank branch and the Dean College Development Council office.
- Incomplete application forms will not be processed for admission.
- Admission under any Reserved Category is subject to the genuineness of the category certificates.
