Government Announces Transfers and Postings of JKAS Officers: Order No.1544-JK(GAD) of 2023
In a recent development, the Government of Jammu and Kashmir has issued Government Order No.1544-JK(GAD) of 2023, dated 05.12.2023, outlining crucial transfers and postings of JKAS officers. These changes, effective immediately, have been made in the interest of efficient administration.
1. Mr. Kishore Singh Chib:
– Former Position: Special Secretary to the Government, Planning, Development and Monitoring Department.
– New Position: Special Secretary in the office of Chief Secretary.
2. Mr. Haris Ahmad Handoo:
– Former Position: Vice-Chairman, Srinagar Development Authority.
– New Position: Special Secretary in the office of Chief Secretary.
Additionally, it has been stipulated that Mr. Athar Aamir Ul Shafi, IAS (RJ:2016), Commissioner, Srinagar Municipal Corporation, will assume the charge of the post of Vice-Chairman, Srinagar Development Authority, alongside his existing duties until further orders.
