Subject: Circular Regarding Fee Refund for BOPEE Selected Candidates
In reference to the office circular dated 13.09.2021, this communication serves to notify all Principals of Government and Private Paramedical & Nursing Institutions affiliated with the Jammu and Kashmir Paramedical / Nursing Council in Srinagar.
Until the conclusion of the counseling session for admission to various Paramedical & Nursing Courses through the Board of Professional Entrance Examination (BOPEE), institutions in Srinagar are directed to refund the entire fee deposited by candidates at the time of admission. This applies when a candidate upgrades from one college to another or switches from one course to another, in accordance with prior circular instructions.
Any deviation from this directive will be treated seriously, and actions under established norms will be initiated.
