Provisional Answer Key for Panchayat Secretary Written Examination

The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) recently conducted the Written Examination for the Panchayat Secretary position within the District Cadres of the Rural Development Department. This examination, as advertised in Notification No. 03 Of 2022 under Item Nos. 059 to 077, took place on December 10, 2023.

The Provisional Answer Key for the question paper, categorized as Series A, B, C, and D, is attached as Annexure “A” to this notice. Candidates are encouraged to review the provided answers for their information.

Candidates with objections to the answer key can submit their objections or representations concerning specific questions using the prescribed format/proforma attached as Annexure “B.” Alongside this, candidates should submit hard copies of documentary proof/evidence supporting their claim and a fee of RS. 200/- per question (in the form of a demand draft), refundable if the objection is deemed genuine/correct. The demand draft should be in favor of the Accounts Officer, J&K Services Selection Board.

If objections are found to be valid, the Answer Key will be revised for all candidates. However, individual candidates will not be notified about the acceptance or non-acceptance of their objections.

Objections and representations must be submitted offline at the office of JKSSB, either at CPO Chowk, Panjtirthi, Jammu, or JKSSB, Zamzam Building, Rambagh, Srinagar, within three working days starting from December 11, 2023, during office hours only. The Board will not entertain any representations or objections after the stipulated period or through any other mode.
