Directorate of Horticulture Kashmir has released a notification for contractual recruitment under the Jammu and Kashmir Competitiveness Improvement of Agriculture and Allied Sectors Project (JKCIP). Applications are invited for multiple posts, with the selected candidates to be based at the Directorate in Rajbagh, Srinagar.

Educational Qualifications:
Finance Officer: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Accounting from a recognized university or college.
Gender and Youth Officer: Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Gender Studies, or related field from a recognized university or college.
Manager MIS and IT: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university or college.
Experience:
Finance Officer: 3–5 years in financial accounting for candidates with post-graduation; 5–7 years for candidates with graduation. Must be proficient in Tally or other accounting software, spreadsheets, and have a working knowledge of audits and compliance.
Gender and Youth Officer: 3–5 years of experience in implementing gender/youth-related programs. Experience in community mobilization, empowerment tools, and working with UT-level policies is essential.
Manager MIS and IT: 2–3 years of software development experience. Strong understanding of RDBMS, ASP.Net, HTML, CSS, Oracle databases, and relevant development frameworks. Candidates must have 3 years of professional experience in computer programming for government web-based software.
