New School Timings Announced for Kashmir Division

The Directorate of School Education Kashmir (DSEK) has announced new school timings for all Government and Recognized Private Schools across the Kashmir Division.

The new timings will be effective from Monday, August 12, and will apply to all schools in the region.

For schools within the Srinagar Municipal Limits, the new timings are 09:00 AM to 03:00 PM.

For schools outside the Municipal Limits of Srinagar District and other areas of Kashmir Province, the new timings are 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM.

The new order supersedes all previous directives regarding school timings, and authorities have emphasized that all concerned institutions must strictly comply with the new schedule.

Any deviation from the order will be taken seriously, and appropriate action may be taken against non-compliant schools.

The change in school timings is aimed at improving the overall learning experience for students and ensuring their safety and well-being.

All schools in the Kashmir Division are expected to adhere to the new timings starting Monday, August 12.
