Srinagar, April 22 (KS): Tragedy struck in North Kashmir’s Kupwara district as a special police officer (SPO) succumbed to a massive cardiac arrest on Monday. The deceased, identified as Bashir Ahmad Sofi, son of Gh Qadir and a resident of Sohipora Hyhama, was posted at the District Police Lines (DPL) in Kupwara.
