J&K Police Crackdown,Five Miscreants Booked Under PSA in North Kashmir

Jammu and Kashmir Police have taken stringent action against anti-national elements in Baramulla, booking five individuals under the Public Safety Act (PSA). The arrested individuals include Asif Ali Bhat, Mohammad Yaqoob Bhat, Waseem Mehraj Farash, Bashir Ahmad Sualiah, and Bilal Ahmad Dar.

According to police reports, these individuals have been involved in various disturbances of law and order as well as subversive activities. Despite multiple FIRs against them, they allegedly continued engaging in anti-national and anti-social behaviors, prompting authorities to take decisive measures.

Formal detention orders were obtained from the competent authority before the arrests were made. Subsequently, the individuals have been lodged in District Jail Udhampur and Central Jail Kot-Balwal Jail Jammu, as per the statement issued by the police.
